  1. The Legal Consultancy Fees are as per the services mentioned in the above table. The client agrees that they would have to pay extra for any additional services besides the above.
  2.  As soon as the Fees are paid by the client, the client agrees to have engaged in the services of the Master Franchise and the Immigration service provider. The client hence confirms that he/she/other has read and agrees to the terms & conditions of the service provider, FBP International – www.fbpintl.com/terms-conditions and its respective Master Franchise
  3. The client agrees and confirms that the fees paid are only the Visa Documentation and Legal Consultancy Fees and do not give any type of guarantee of obtaining any type of positive outcomes and/or Visa.
  4. The above fees are NON-Refundable regardless of the outcome of the application and/or even if the client changes their mind at any stage once the client has engaged in the services of the Legal Consultancy Firm and the company.
  5. Please note that any surcharges, applicable taxes, bank currency conversion, and/or payment gateway fees will be incurred at the time of payment and the overall amount payable will be displayed to you in the appropriate currency, before confirming the payment. The above Contractual Fees are in US$ but remitted in the appropriate currency with the real-time conversion rate, at the time when paying online or by bank transfer.
  6. The client also confirms that all other charges/fees but not limited to, the Government Fees, English exam, flight tickets, authority fees, and medical and police clearance fees, are not included in the above services and are paid as per actuals at the time instructed by the Documentation Team.
  7. Post Landing Orientation is a 60-minute video/audio session with the Australian Team.
  8. Post Landing Services cover various services like: a. 60-minute orientation with the Australian Team b. Assist in getting ABN & TFN numbers. c. Assist in helping the clients to show them their rights & benefits with Federal and State Governments. d. Introduction to Real Estate Agents for Accommodation. e. Introduction to General Accounts. f. Introduction to Recruitment Agencies for Clients to get jobs.
