Terms and Conditions:
- The Visa Documentation and Legal Consultancy Fees (‘Fees’) are payable by the client and/or agent as per the schedule of fees and/or as per the services mentioned in the above table. The client and/or agent acknowledges and agrees that they will have to pay extra for any additional services besides the above.
- As soon as the Fees are paid by the client and/or agent, the client and/or agent is deemed to have engaged in the services of "Master Franchise" (F4MG) and hence the client and/or agent confirms that he/she agrees to the terms & conditions as per the Company, F4MG, and the relevant service provider(s).
- In the event that the client and/or agent changes his mind or no longer wishes to utilize the services at any given point, the client and/or agent holds no entitlement to a refund for the fees paid.
- The client and/or agent agrees and confirms that fees paid are only for the Documentation and Legal Consultancy. The client and/or agent also confirms that all other charges/fees like but not limited to, the Government Fees, English exam, flight tickets, authority fees, tuition fees, medical and police clearance fees are not included in the fees paid above and will be paid by the client and/or agent on a progressive basis as mentioned by the documentation team, which will be at actuals.
- The Documentation and Legal Consultancy Fees (‘Fees’) is only an administrative service fee and does not give any type of guarantee of obtaining any types of positive outcomes and/or Visa.
- Please note that any credit card surcharges, applicable taxes, bank currency conversion and/or payment gateway fees will incur at the time of payment and the overall amount payable will be displayed to you in AUD/INR/AED before confirming the payment
- The Visa Documentation and Legal Consultancy Contract Fees are in USD but remitted in AUD/INR/AED with a conversion rate at the time when paying online or by Invoice
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Select the appropriate qualification from the above list & pay the relevant tuition fees* to the authority.
- Pay the Registration Fees ** & the Subject Material Fees after getting the admission and receiving the Confirmation Of Enrollment (COE) & checklist from the relevant authority.
- Pay lodgement fees*** after the preparation of Client Qualification file & before submitting the file for lodgement, to QA.
Notes:
If the client doesn’t receive the Confirmation Of Enrollment (COE) then the client will receive a full refund of the tuition fees paid to the authority.

**Registration Fees: 0
**Lodgement Fees: US$1,000
